Chris "Majors" Ivery and Jason "Boogie" Rivera are two of the most energetic insurgents to have made their mark in New York's avant-garde hip hop game. Coming from Detroit, this duo, rightfully named "AB/NRML (abnormal)" continuously prove that hip-hop is "not" dead - but is, in fact, alive and well in the streets of New York City's top social circuits.

Limitless in their approach to creating music, the two have successfully come up with crowd moving tracks that stray from the "NRML" club bangers. Their "AB/NRML" approach to music keeps their following constantly guessing which direction they'll take from track to track as evident in their first LP, "Props & High 5's," which boasted a number of hits like "A.B. Slash," to "Gimmie the Clap" and continued with their latest single off an upcoming album called, "SHE WANTS (bmw)."

With a musical perspective that stems from a place most artists won't dare to go to, these two Detroit natives prove that Hip Hop is alive and well in the hearts of those who "refuse to sleep."

Their motto, "Dare not to be like the rest - be AB/NRML."
